Where does Pelucci ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide, bringing Pelucci products straight to dog lovers across the country.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer reliable Australia Post delivery options:

Standard Shipping: $9
Express Shipping: $12

Standard delivery generally arrives within 3–10 business days, while Express delivery usually arrives within 2–5 business days (depending on your location).

All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been carefully packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Australia Post Standard:
3–10 business days

Australia Post Express:
2–5 business days

International Orders:
International delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your parcel arrives in your country, customs processing times may affect the final delivery date.

Please note: Pelucci is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside of our control.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@pelucci.com.au.

We’ll do our best to update your details before your order has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that things can change! If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@pelucci.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

How can I track my order?

Excited for your Pelucci parcel to arrive? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to become active after your order has shipped.
