Where does Pelucci ship?
Pelucci ships everywhere in the Australia. We also ship internationally to any location accessible by major carriers. Import fees apply.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Australia Post standard shipping ($9) & Express ($12). Nothing stands between you and your order except 5-7 business days. Need it sooner? We g)t you. Just select Express (2-4 business days) shipping at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Expected delivery times are listed below:
Standard Australia Post: 3-10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities - $9
Express Australia Post - 2-5 business day delivery - $12
If you are International, your order will arrive in your country of destination within 2-3 business days. However, once it has arrived it may be stuck in customs for an unknown amount of time.

How can I change my shipping address?

How can I check the status of my order?
Tail wagging in anticipation? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification, which will provide a link to order tracking details. Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to provide tracking info once your order ships. If you still have questions, reach out to Hi@Pelucci.com.au.
