Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pup to be happy with your Pelucci purchase. Please choose carefully and check the relevant size guide before ordering.

Change of mind and incorrect sizing

Pelucci does not offer refunds for change of mind, including where the incorrect size or colour has been selected.

At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for eligible accessories returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, clean, undamaged and have their original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return postage and the cost of sending an exchanged item where the return is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Pet toys and enrichment lick mats cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sale and promotional items cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at hi@pelucci.com.au with your order number, details of the issue and, where helpful, photos of the product.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.

Our change-of-mind exclusions, including those relating to toys, sale items and promotional purchases, do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an item is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Pelucci will meet its obligations regarding reasonable return costs.

Exchanges

Please contact hi@pelucci.com.au before returning an item. We will provide return instructions once your return or exchange request has been reviewed.

For an approved change-of-mind or sizing exchange, the customer is responsible for applicable return and reshipping costs.

Refunds

Where a refund is provided, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
