Refunds & Returns


If you're unhappy with the fit of your harness or collar, we are happy to assist you in finding the right size. Measure your pup according to our sizing guide found on the product page and reach out to us at requesting the correct size. 

 We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You are eligible for a return if you adhere to the following requirements:

  •  The item(s) not been used or worn
  •  Has no pulled threads
  •  Are not soiled or damaged in any way
  •  Has its original tags attached
  •  Were not received as a prior exchange
  •  Pet toys are non-returnable
  • No return or refund on change of mind 

To start a return, email us at with the following information: name, product details, proof of purchase (including order number), details of issue with product.

We will cover all shipping costs involved in replacing and exchanging incorrect or damaged good(s). 

 Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Faulty items may ben replaced within 90 days, case depending. Please email us to discuss if you would like to discuss.

To return an item, simply pop it back in the original box, tape it up, write “Return to Sender” on the box and place it in your nearest Australia Post red collection box 

If you no longer have the original packaging, head to your nearest Australia Post and purchase a prepaid shipping satchel. Please note, that all return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the items are defective or incorrect.

 Once the item has been received and inspected, we'll get in touch to process a $10 reshipping fee. This fee is applicable to all exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will cover the reshipping fee.

 Please note that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed as faulty. A store credit or exchange will be offered in all other circumstances.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or sale items. 

We do not refund if an item does not fit your pet. We have provided an accurate sizing guide to assist you in finding the correct size for your dog prior to purchasing.

 We are unable to cancel orders, once shipped or lodged with Australia Post. If a refund is requested, items will be refunded minus your original shipping costs. 

 Please note: This includes orders with free shipping if your refund brings the order total to below $100.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, within 7-10 business days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control.

Non-Refundable Items: Pelucci is not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed or Undelivered shipments or those seized by Customs.

We do not offer refunds on toy purchases. Our tennis teaser are not suitable for heavy chewing dogs.

Refunds on Meal Toppers

We will provide you with a refund within 90 days if you are unhappy with the product. Please note, it can take 4-6 weeks weeks to see results. Please contact
